Practical NSW feasibility guides from Feasomate. Read the method, check the sources and then build your project.
A duplex feasibility compares the value of two completed dwellings with land, construction, statutory charges, finance, tax and sale costs. A positive result is conditional on the assumptions and a verified planning pathway.
Residual land value is the maximum modelled land price that meets your target development margin after costs, selling expenses, GST estimates and finance. It is a negotiation input, not an independent market valuation.
Local infrastructure contributions and the NSW Housing and Productivity Contribution are separate checks. A single allowance may omit a liability or double-count an earlier payment. Obtain a project-specific calculation before relying on the total.
